House of cards

House of cards 2016, 15'

House of cards is a performed narrative in which I sit at a table before the spectators, there is no accessory other than plaster blocks that cover the table and a dictaphone. The blocks are used to, little of little, construct a model of an exhibition, while the story is being told. The story is based on eyewitness accounts, legends and statements about an exhibition of five monumental artworks in an abandoned steel yard. Configuring the exhibition of my narration like a collage, I put factual historical information and fictional objects in relation to one another, describing an exhibition aiming for perfect balance.
